by Capt. Ebou Jallo –
Have you ever heard of a palace coup by constitutional design…?
The process has began and the Gambian judiciary led by the Chief Justice Hassan Jallow through his stooges at the AG chambers, TRRC, and the Constitutional Review Commission are bending, misinterpreting and side-stepping the law, abusing the judicial process, and giving poor legal advice to our rookie president. The end game is to disqualify Ousainou Darboe from ever running for office, sideline Barrow, and neutralize all future potential leaders in The Gambia through malicious prosecutions, blackmail and smear campaigns like the Janneh Commission. The Gambian judiciary is rigged to the core; and this is why the ‘lawyer’ conspirators were quick to “gambianize” the judiciary in 2017 effectively denying Gambians an opportunity for an impeccable justice system that is administered by reputable judges from the Commonwealth.
The biggest headaches of the gang, the “Arusha Club” led by Hassan Jallow are the entrenched Transitional provisions, and the requirement for a referendum in order to abrogate the current constitution– they need the overwhelming support and vote of the Gambian electorate.  The APRC party is the only strategic and sufficient voting bloc to arrest these  legal “junglers” in phony wigs from robbing our country of its future.  The campaign must begin now begin scrutinizing thoroughly our judges and call for their impeachment if necessary.  The campaign to vote NO to their rigged “new constitution” begins now!
