Does the National Assembly have any authority to pass a law that is not in compliance with The Gambian Constitution…? Well the flagrant violation of the Gambian Constitution has been obvious since 2017 when the UDP led Barrow Administration frenetically pushed for their dubious “Transition” Agenda:
The Wagga-Janneh Commission- a racket by tax frauds.
The Constitutional Review Commission- a coup d’état by constitutional design.
The TRRC Act- a concoction of lies, half-truths and a witch-hunting expedition.
All abrogate the central pillars of the Gambian constitution with brazen vigilantism and subterfuge. We shall revisit the lawlessness that has been unleashed into the Gambian polity from January 2017 to-date.
